Nope but I'm really interested in doing it too.

I'd be inclined to think entrepreneurship is not the kind of thing that can be taught in a classroom environment and that the best way to develop these skills is through real world experience. However, I do think this course would be a supplement to entrepreneurial ventures, as it would provide you with a wide variety of business skills and you'd meet a lot of like minded people.

I'm 99% sure I want to do this course, I've always been passionate about startups & social entrepreneurship in particular. This would provide a good safety net while allowing me to pursue my dream. My guess is that it's your standard business degree with an "entrepreneurial twist" if you will.

If you don't decide to start your own business, you could always work in management, here's the Career Options from qualifax:
Entrepreneurship graduates are trained to exploit opportunities to add value in any context. They are ideally suited for employment roles in new business development, project management and marketing positions in technology, services and other industries. Graduates are also equipped for employment in management across a range of sectors including biotechnology, life sciences, food, information technology, telecommunications, engineering, and the public sector, as well as community and non-profit enterprises.

If you're interested get in contact with Peter Robbins (peter.robbins@nuim.ie) the course director.
