    Hi folks I am moving to Newfoundland soon I have herd some talk about a housing bubble , what do you think ?

    Its happened a couple of times in Canada already no reason it cant happen again.
    If the price of oil falls the production of Oil in Oilsands will dry up meaning lots of people out of work and lower tax takes.
    Metal prices have also been on a bit of a downward trend

    These can have knock on effects for the whole economy.
    I am not an economist but that's the trend I have been hearing people talking about
