distance learning for history or irish.

    Hi All
    Friend of mine needs to do either a history or irish masters/degree. Do any distance learning options exist?
    (mods: I'm asking here as he is a teacher and maybe someone here might have done something similar.)

    You can do those anywhere . Is there a particular aspect of history that he's interested in ?

    Heard good things about UCD and NUIM history MA's. Have a look there to start.:)
