AIB Debit Card

I currently have an AIB Laser/Maestro Debit Card, which I am aware is to be discontinued at the end of the year and replaced with a Visa Debit card. Today, I logged into my Internet Banking account to read my statement and found that my "AIB Debit Card was due to be replaced, and to click here to activate it" (for use in the card reader). I misread it as "click here to order it" and therefore clicked the link. I found the number of my current card, and another number beginning 4, which I know is the first digit of any Visa Debit (or credit for that matter) card.

Does this mean my new Visa Debit card is in the post?
    When should I receive it?
