Celtic Tiger Reminder Column

Would like to see a Celtic Tiger Reminder Column in a national newspaper that keeps the chancers and "entrepreneurs' who drove the country onto the rocks kept in the public eye.
The rogue politicians who helped themselves to hefty pensions, the crooked laws enacted, the buried dodgy deals, the daft schemes and useless projects that were unveiled
    The list is endless .
It's easy to forget as time moves on and even more galling when it seems no one has got it in the neck for their corrupt ways, mountainous debts, scandalous corner cutting and yet continue to scoff at others .

All the people that climbed over each other to buy houses that weren't even built should go in your list.

Not to mention those who scrambled for new cars over the past decade , built extensions they didn't need, increased their credit card limits and filled the malls every weekend.
The banks didnt need to apply the simple rules of banking nor did they need to be regulated .
The Department of Finance should have been abolished back in 05 as everyone knew the laws of economics .
Most perspective house buyers knew they would be losing their jobs down the line but sure everyone was buying.
