Is there a bus from Dublin Airport to Raheny? If not, anybody have an idea roughly how much it would cost to taxi it? Thanks.

Easiest option is 102 to Malahide DART station and then DART to Raheny - you can buy a through ticket on the bus at the airport or in Raheny DART station depending on which direction you are travelling.
