    Just saw your Duracell usb charger (same as your pic) in PC world, Jervis SC. It's to the left as you go into the shop, on the same side of the aisle as the batteries. I'm convinced they don't know what stock they have, hence why the directions.
    There's two of them there, and I think it was about €27.99... though I couldn't be sure of that. I happened to remember that you were looking for this.
