Approx cost of building 2 walls

So basically I need 2 walls built, first is 12ft wide by 4ft high, second would be half that at 6ft wide x 4ft high. What could I expect to pay to…

So basically I need 2 walls built, first is 12ft wide by 4ft high, second would be half that at 6ft wide x 4ft high.

What could I expect to pay to have these 2 walls built, excluding the cost of getting flat cladding put on? I'd assume its a relatively simple job?
