Want the machine to be as fast and responsive as possible.

    1. What is your budget? [€1200]

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Photo editing, heavy usage. Other then that browsing and large storage for pictures.

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? [Yes]

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? No

    5. Do you need a monitor? Yes, a high definition screen, if the budget has to extend for the monitor, that's no problem.

5a. If yes, what size do you need. Not pushed on size, more so concerned with value and reliable.

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? Keyboard and Mouse

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? Not sure.

    8. How can you pay? Credit card

    9. When are you purchasing? Soon in the next couple of weeks.

Are you actually looking for a mac or a hackintosh capable system?

    Hackintosh capable system.

Building a Hackintosh isn't hard but, maintaining it on the software end can be problematic unless you know what you're doing. A hackintosh will only work with certain hardware so, I'd go here and look for hardware build recommendations, http://www.hackintosh.com/ . Does it have to run OSX though? Photoshop on Windows works fine too.

Ye ive read a lot of pages, but just after I put up this post, I came across the maintenance of the software.

Ive no problem running Windows, just enjoy the mac experience better, if a hackintosh is going to be troublesome then a windows machine would be fine.
