A bit of an odd one but if you are traveling to South Africa it is possible to get a 16GB White iPad 3G for €200.

The Game store are selling White 3G 16GB ipads for 3,000 Rand. Locations of the stores here.

3,000 Rand would be about 230 euro.

Then you can claim the vat back 14% in the Airport.
