    Hey

With the Dublin City Marathon rapidly approaching I was thinking of setting up some LSR group sessions. There is already a Boards group set up so I thought of setting up a similar group with a different pace in mind.

Location: Phoenix Park (the default location but very open to suggestions)

Pace: 6.50-7.50 p/m Depending on the run.

    Distance: 18 miles plus

This is just a rough outline to get things moving. I am very open to suggestions.

    DR

See here.there are groups doing various paces at the weekends, not just the novice group. 4 of us did 20 @ 7:50ish pace on Saturday last.

Yeah post your planned runs in the thread meno mentioned and you should get a few takers. I'd be interested in some of these
