Hostels in London for Musical binge help

Hi there, Myself and a few friends are planning a trip to London to go see a few musicals and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to a good place to stay for this? Where's a good place to base yourself for a trip of this nature? Keep in mind that we're students so don't mind staying somewhere cheap ;) Thanks…

right in the heart of London and very well located for all Westend shows. Out of interest when are you going? I'll be there next week for a blitz of shows myself!
