We have a limited budget and would like to find a good carpenter that may appreciate some extra work right now.

Jobs to be done

Staircase
1960s solid panels instead of spindles on the stairs. I would like to replace it with rectangular spindles to open it up and give a more modern feel - Can reuse existing handrail and post.

Skirting Boards & Architraves
We want re replace all the existing skirting boards and architraves
approx 11 door frames - 1600sq ft house

Internal Doors
Replace all internal doors (approx 11 doors)

Front Door
Replace front door frame and front door

Attic
Insulate attic and Floor Attic space
Fit Attic Stairs

Hoping to start in about 3 to 5 weeks
