    Hey,

just wondering what the possibility would be for acceptance into an UG with 535 LC points + HPAT?

Considering trying both options in the future. RCSI said it's possible to go down multiple routes for entry, including mature application (which, I'm guessing, is different than GEM).

    Thanks,
    R

It would be possible but tough.
Have you honours maths? As that could bump up your points.
First round points are here http://www2.cao.ie/points/l8_rnd1.htm
Galway is 739, UCC and RSCI are 742, UCD 747 and Trinity 748.
So you would need a minimum of 204 in the HPAT for even random selection. This is possible, but it is not an easy exam - check out multiple threads on it.

Mature entry is a combination of HPAT, life experience and interview.

GEM entry is solely GAMSAT, but you must have a 2.1 to be eligible.
