    Hey M!:)

i don't watch that much T.V these days but my favorite programmable is 'casualty' its usually on a Saturday evening, quite dramatic with lots of blood and broken bones. I don't mind looking at blood and needles at the tv screen but in real life i can barely look at a needle without fainting!

my favorite movie is 'little miss sunshine', my sis brought it and i was in stitches laughing at it

yes we do, her name is Pepsi and she's a mixture of a king charles & cockier spaniel. we think she's about 14 and she's very hyper! As i live out of home i only get to see her occasionally

hmm i suppose it would have to be rock since most of my music i listen to is rock music. i also like a bit of pop music as well

    1. elbow
    2. snow patrol
    3. zero 7
    4. the wanted
    5. imagine dragons

my favorite meal would have to be lasagna and chips, very tasty:D

i think it was nearly 24 hours or thereabouts, i had to do an essay for college, as usual i left it to the last minute and ended up pulling an all nighter. i was very tired the next day but got the essay done in the end

    what brought you to boards?
what brought you to the Noct forum?
can you play any musical instruments?
last movie you saw, and was it any good?
are there any actors/actresses that would put you off watching a movie?
    favourite country you've been to?
    speak any foreign languages?
    right or left handed?
    any interest in politics/current affairs?

a family member who's also a boardise told me about boards, a few days later i decided to check out boards for myself. I liked what i saw, and decided to join and was hooked from then on wards!

it was mostly curiously what brought me to the noc, i thought the name of it was good since i often have difficulties sleeping.

don't play any musical instruments, i used to play the recorder when i was in school but couldn't play it very well.

i saw 'life as we know it' on dvd a few days ago, kind of a romantic comedy movie, quite liked it as it was funny in parts

can't think of any actors/ actresses that would put me off watching a movie

i've been out of the country a few times but my favorite one was being in Iceland. went on a family holiday for two weeks a few years ago and really enjoyed it. Seeing the northern lights was the highlight of it for me:D

can't speak any other language apart from English

    I'm right handed

i don't have much interest in politics/current affairs really

That's a tough question! i think it would have to be colin firth, appears to be quite good at acting. Thought his acting was very good in 'the king's speech'

hmm that would have to be 'Natasha Bedingfield' or 'Avril Lavigne', both are very good singers. haven't a clue what I'd say to them though:o

Why are you always smiling, lady?
Does 150 hold a special meaning?
    Does anything make you frown?
    What song suits your mood?
    Where does the time go?
    Do you play any sports?

mostly because I'm happy in life and have a positive take on things, and most of the time i smile a lot

the 150 doesn't have any meaning, i wasn't sure what to pick for my name change so chose it randomly.

not many things make me frown to be honest, delayed bus journeys, sometimes the weather does and my net cutting out most certainty does

not sure what song would suit my mood

time goes too fast, can't believe we're nearly into September!

i don't play any group sports but go swimming the odd time

    Hi Smiler:)

    Are you a neat freak?

    Most embarrassing moment?

    Any phobias?

What did you do on your latest birthday?

What word do you use most frequently?

    What sound do you love?

What would you name the autobiography of your life?

If you were reincarnated, what would you come back as?

What chore do you hate doing?

    hey grid:)

not really a neat freak, I'm known for leaving things around the place and not putting them away and generally having a messy room

haven't had too many embarrassing moments thankfully but the most embarrassing was walking into a men's bathroom by mistake in a restaurant, there was a man there using a toilet and he gave me a strange look. went out of there as red as a tomato:o

the only phobia's i have is of heights and water out of my depth, and snakes.

on my last birthday i spent the afternoon with my boyfriend, we hung out and
watched some movies and got a few presents:) in the evening we had a meal with my family, boyfriend and a cousin where my bf met my dad and the cousin for the first time. We were both very nervous but it went well, and had an enjoyable day.

i suppose that would be 'like' or 'what?'

i do like to hear the bird's singing (though sometimes they wake me up!) and i also like listening to music

erm i would probably name it 'confessions of a night owl' or something like that

I've no idea what I'd come back as really

i hate doing the washing up, i avoid it as much as possible until it has to be done

    Let's talk Nocturnal...
    what's your favourite late-night snack?
do you watch any late-night television programmes?
    do you dream in colour?
    ever howl at the moon?
flannel pyjammies - yay or nay?
any confessions you wish to share from your autobiography, night owl?

    ok so...

late-night snack would be pasta, big fan of it, i normally cook a load of it and put it into pots and go they go into the freezer. Can have a pot of pasta every now and again when i get peckish.

i occasionally watch 'doc martin' or 'scott and bailey' on tv late at night but i normally would be on my laptop.

yeah i normally dream in colour

nope never howled at the moon

not really a fan of flannel pjs, normally prefer fleece ones

humm no i don't, will have to find out in the book (if i ever do one)

If you could live anywhere on earth, where would you live?
Would you rather be the best player on a horrible team or the worst player on a great team?
If you could have one super power, what would it be?
If you could meet anybody in history, past or present, who would it be?
What was the last thing you bought?
If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
What is one thing that you can not live without?

If you can read this, you're too close!

i think i'd live in Kilkenny, it's a nice place and its not too big or small

rather be the worst player on a great team i think

that's a tough one, erm i'd be invisible for a day

erm i think that would be temple grandan, I've never met her but read some of her books and thought they were pretty good.

I brought microwave chips, coke, a purple snack bar and one of those new maltesers bars yesterday

As I'm a big fan of pasta i think it would be that

my ipod, as mentioned i like to listen to music and it keeps me from getting bored on car and bus trips etc

    A few to start off:

What books on your shelf are begging to be read?

    How often do you doodle?

What do your doodles look like?

How often do you read the newspaper? Which paper? Which sections?

    Which animals scare you most?

    What’s something that amazes you?

What’s one thing you’d rather pay someone to do than do yourself?

    Do you have a catchphrase?

What’s your all-time favourite town or city?

If you had to change your first name, what would you change it to?

What was the best news you ever received?

    Thank-you Smiler.:)

Hi Smiler_Lady, hope you have a blast in the spotlight!

What would your dream job be?
Name one of your teachers from primary school?
Grab the nearest book to you and type line 7 from page 77.
What was your favourite subject at school?
    Do you wear glasses?
    Jeans or denim skirt?
    Fleece or hoodie?
    Rent or buy?
    Soccer or hurling?
How many female cousins do you have?
    What was your first pet?
Name 3 tv programmes you enjoy watching?
Something about you that might surprise us?

    Thanks!

    Thank-you Smiler.:)

    Howdy dexter:)

there's quite a few of them! have a lot of books to read. There's a few marian keys ones, 'time in a bottle' by denise deegan, 'the last week of may' by roisin meaney, 'buried alive!' by jacqueline wilson. I've read all the non-fiction ones on my bookshelf

I don't normally doodle, the rare time i would do if i was in a boring meeting

humm what do they look like.....i suppose they look like stick men or swirly designs

I sometimes read newspapers, I like newspapers with a bit of gossip and a bit of real news around the world. Too much of either kinda puts me off. I rarely read the sports sections or motors. I read the tv section, the gossip and real news, the section where people write in for help, and the horoscope section ( i find that kind of thing fascinating)

snakes, sharks and snails/slugs scare the most. I wouldn't like to meet a shark in the sea, no way! strangely enough, spiders don't bother me at all, i like to touch 'em

not sure what amazes me really

I'd love to pay someone to do my housework for me. I avoid it for as long as possible til i have to do it

    nope don't have a catchphrase

That's a tough question! I think it would have to be where i live now, which is in Clonmel. It's a nice town, not to big or small

I think it would have to be 'rose'. I've always liked that name for some reason:o

The best news humm...I think it was when I did a presentation to raise awareness of autism in ireland ( it was part of a two day course). It was my first time doing it and i was very nervous. Anyway a few days afterwards i got an email about the feedback that people submitted while doing the course. The feedback from my presentation was brilliant, i'll never forget that email, i was nearly crying as i read it:o

    Thanks dexter:)

    feel free to come again

Howdy andy:) thanks, enjoying it so far!

i think it would be me working in small office, within walking distance. Not working with the general public but behind the scenes

one of my teachers was called 'mrs Brennan'. I think i was in her class for a year before moving to 3rd class with a new teacher, she was a lovely teacher

'briefly, we could say that plato believed the state should be governed by philosophers' from 'sophie's world' by jostein gaarder, which i'm reading at the moment

my favourite subject was english, always enjoyed it a lot. Wasn't a fan of writing long essays but the rest i enjoyed

yep i wear glasses, have done since a young age

I think jeans, i rarely wear skirts

I like both but i prefer a hoodie i think

I like both but prefer buying, can be a bit more expensive but get to keep them

    humm not really into sport

quite a lot! about 10 but i could have forgotten someone

the first pet i ever had was too cats:) we had a white cat called 'dutchess' and a black one called 'black sue'

I enjoy watching 'casualty' on a Saturday night. It's one of my favourite programmes. Also enjoy watching 'grey's anatomy' and 'revenge'

humm, i'll have to think about that one

    Thanks andy :)

not at the top of my head no, i'd know it if i heard it

the chances of me doing karaoke are very slim, only if i was blind drunk! but anyway i'd sing 'call my name' by cheryl cole

I think either 'temple gradin ' or 'carly fleischmann'. I think both would do a good job showing what my life was like and my challenges etc

The best holiday I ever had was when i went to Iceland. I went there a few years ago for about 2 weeks. I loved the place and had great fun

I was on a boat last january. I was on holiday in lanzorate at the time and we went on a short boat trip. At the bottom of the boat there was this bit of plastic so you could see the fishes as the boat went by. It was really cool:)

yeah i was in belfast a few years ago, to see a live show of stricky come dancing. it was a great show. I was only there overnight but belfast is a nice place

    NA - don't have one

    elbow
    lianne la havas
    daughtry

probably not! knowing me i'd bump into a lot of things before i got there

    no thankfully not *touches wood*

    Good evening Smiler.

    Do you smile lot?

Do you put on your left shoe first or your right?

Have you ever kept a diary?

What radio station do you listen to the most?

Have you ever been locked out of your house?

Does a recording of someone walking backwards look the same as rewinding a recording of someone walking forwards?

Have you ever met someone & thought "I'd love to give them a good slap"? (no need to mention their name)

What's the last film you saw in the cinema?

Are you going to vote in the next election?

Who brought the horse to France?

That will keep you busy while I think up a few more.

that made me think! i put my right one on first

yeah i've kept a few diaries over the years

I generally listen to beat fm or today fm, both are good stations

yep i have:o the first time i was a teenager and i came home, nobody was home and i didn't have my key with me ( i forget why now). Anyway i went round into the back garden, the back door was locked. I was bursting for the loo so i stacked up some chairs and climbed in the window! The other times was when i had first moved into my apt, i forgot my key when i went out, silly me:o

umm i think so, not to sure about that one

    yeah i have at times

i think the last one i saw was called 'that awkward moment' it was hilariously funny:D

no idea, not really into politics tth

What do you like best about boards??

    What's your favourite meal?

    Have you any bad habits?

    Have you ever won anything?

    Who/what inspires you?

What's the last thing you laughed at?

What's the most you've ever spent on an item of clothing?

    Favourite holiday destination ?

    Favourite guilty pleasure?

What's the one thing you could not live without?

    Do you know anyone famous?

One night with any celebrity, no strings attached, who and why?

    Best thing about South Tipp??

    Cheers!
