I'm a plumber with 25 years experience in the field. I can point you in the right direction.

What problems have you have with the existing plumbing and what do you hope to achieve?

Hi, we are buying a cottage in Bishopstown and it is pretty old so a lot of stuff will need to be updated. We need someone to assess the plumbing and the heating, tell us what the story is and what needs to be addressed asap, how much it's going to cost etc. I hope that makes sense. If you can help can you pm me with a quotation?

There is a company called Update boiler services based in the city that I use myself to service my gas boiler every year, they specialise in heating systems.

I've always found them helpful and they will advise you if your idea is wrong even though it might mean less work for them

Im looking for someone in cork to install the flue system through our roof. The ceiling goes straight to the outside world. I can get the parts and stove myself. No back boiler but the roof is about 16 foot high.

You may need a professional builder/chimney guy/roofer as well as a plumber for that flue as I have heard of those flues causing fires if not fitted correctly.

Is it possible to put it out through a wall?

    Hi guys

We are hoping to get a stove installed. It will be room heating only.No chimney so it will need to go out through the wall and up the outside wall. Its a single storey at the back of the house.

Can anyone recommend someone to do this?
