Just a query really, looking to reduce costs like everyone else is! We are currently with sky and have movies and sports channels which is costing us a fortune. The only thing we watch on sports is the wwe and related programmes, so I was wondering if there was an alternative method of watching these?

    Thanks in advance

We got rid of movies and sport. I must say I do miss watching it on tv.

There are many sites you can watch wwe on.

I watch on Youtube or Dailymotion,or use a free streaming site if I want to watch a live show.

You could also watch the TV shows on Hulu if you download the Hola extension for your browser, can <SNIP> the shows handy enough too.

That's a lot of money for Sky just to watch WWE!

Mod Edit : Don't mention illegal methods.

Sky is the biggest waste of money around imo. Get fast net if possible and STREAM ALL THE THINGS like we do here.

Only warning, DO NOT discuss piracy in this thread. Boards has a strict anti-piracy policy.

Legal methods to watch WWE :
WWE.com, YouTube, Hulu Plus, Amazon instant video, docus on Netflix. I'm sure there are others.

Leaving at Home with Parents at the Moment, so i Use their Sky to watch Raw.

While living away from Home, i used their Sky Go too.

If i miss a Raw i try watch it through Daily Motion as it is handy.

Regarding PPV'S I Watch most of them online.

The weekly shows do be on YouTube within a matter of hours. You'll have to sail the seven seas in search of full PPV's though.

I used to think that it was a nice even trade for the WWE PPVs because you got them at no extra cost but they were on late. Fair enough you had to pay extra if it was the exceedingly rare UK based PPV (Capital Carnage '98, anyone?) or if it was Wrestlemania but this whole thing of it being like half the PPVs being actually PPV for SKY subscribers on this side of the water is a bit much. Whether they like it or not, they're going to be forced to work out new pricing for the TV audience if they want to hold onto an audience there.
