CAP2 Results

    Well done to all who passed CAP2, for those who didn't keep at it. It's more a test of perseverance than anything else!

    Just comparing the CAP2 results this year with those of 2010. Staggering jump in pass rates. People passing all 4 has jumped from 35% in 2010 to 55% this year. Audit 69% vs 56% in 2010. SFMA 77% vs 53%. FR 73% vs 55%. Tax ROI 81% vs 63%. Tax NI 67% vs 55%.

    You would expect the grades to jump a few percent as the course and syllabus are bedded down, more past papers become available, lecturers and students get use to what's required of them etc. However, these increases seem off the charts!

    agreed. But bare in mind Statistics are subjective and usually internal stats are biased.
