    So I didn't get my first choice Computer Science in UCC, but I am going to get my points rechecked. I got offered my second choice in UL which I am not fond off. Is it possible to not accept the UL and would I get offered my 3rd instead?

    No, you can only move up the ladder, never down. Once you get an offer, everything below it disappears!
