Hello, I am hoping someone might give me a second opinion. My hubby and myself are looking for a mortgage. Hubby is 53 so we need a mortgage with longest possible term... We will have LTV of approx. 60%. Mortgage broker advised that we apply to PSTB as they give a term up to age 70. Can anyone advise if any other mortgage lenders (who are currently lending), go to age 70? Thank you in advance

ICS also offer a term up to age 70 however their interest rates would be higher than Permanent tsb so you are better off going with them.
