Dublin City Parking Permits

    Not sure whether Motors or Dublin City form would be better. So sorry mods if I got it wrong!

    Was just wondering about the parking permits. House has been converted to 4 apartments so from my understanding the parking permit is €40 a year although people have told me that I am not guaranteed to get one, it is down to availability. Is this true?
