Am I due a refund from DCU?

Back in September 2011 I started a level 8 degree in DCU, I didn't like it at all and formally withdrew in late November.
I had paid the full contribution charge (€2,000) in September, but judging by this information http://www.dcu.ie/finance/fees/refund%20of%20fees.shtml
I should be entitled to half it back.

I am going contacting them 1st thing in the morning, but can anyone confirm if i'm correct before then?

Pretty lame from DCU that they didn't make me aware of my entitlements back then

I don't see where that says you can get a refund?

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

    2. Students who officially withdraw from 2nd October 2013 to 31st January 2014 inclusive are liable for payment of half the Student Contribution charge of €1,288.

I had paid the full contribution charge
