Skype/Facetime on UL Wireless not working

Has anybody in the last week tried Skype or Facetime on ULWIRELESS network, only to find it doesn't connect anymore? It's been working fine all summer for me, but now no luck. (I should state that this is on a mobile device, not a computer)
