Is emobile down in Monaghan? (South of Monaghan town, on the clones road).

All I can get is no service (iPhone 5). If I manually search networks, there are two emobile options: emobile and emobile 3G. I can select them but they don't connect.

My work Vodafone handset has full coverage.

Was done from the early hours of this morning but appears back up now?
