What is Ryanairs tailwind limit?

I heard a Ryanair accept a 12kt tailwind take off on LiveATC today and wondered what is their limit?

Standard limit for the 737 is 10kts, but AFAIK some operators allow 15kts.

I think so, it's a paper work thing AFAIK, not a physical change to the aircraft.

Yes tailwinds of up to 15 knots subject to performance stipulated in the relevant paperwork for the airfield.

Maybe, or they negotiate the increased limit during the purchase. Same with aircraft weight, thrust settings etc.

10 knot tailwind for takeoff, 10 knot tailwind for landing. 15 knot tailwind possible for landing on certain runways.

Why do you doubt it? Manufacturers offer SCN for each aircraft, when you are in negotiations they have a list of these options, you can buy them or barter for them. Excellent time to do this is just at the end of a quarter year when they must make their delivery targets.
