    Do you?

I always though I was doing the best for my back by keeping it straight, where I could, or when I remembered.

Then I came across this a few days ago.

    Seems I had it wrong.

Anyone else being doing something they thought was right and then learned they were way of the mark?

I always followed the posture advice of my good friend Arthur Fonzarelli when he said, "Sit and Swivel."

If you are Irish of a certain generation, what is good posture?

    Head down, shoulders down

And if you are male speaking to a male

Get your hands out of your pockets and look at me

Interesting. I have always found sitting up straight a bit tiring, having said that my posture used to be awful- nowadays it's ok but not perfect.

Tried her method there and it does seem more comfortable, not sure it's quite so amazing as she says but definitely will give it a go for a month and see what happens.

Nope. Years of playing rugby, lifting heavy things, dis-obeying manual handling training and doing other manly stuff has formed me into an unhealthy ? shape.

The fact that you didn't see the Ted Logo before you hit the play button tells me that perhaps your problem is more a vision related one than anything else! :pac:

You're missing out on an interesting lesson, imo.

Don't tar them all with the same brush :)
