Why are bill pay price plans cheaper online?

Hi, Just wondering if anyone could shed some light on why meteor bill pay packages are cheaper online than in store? Are they just trying to give people an incentive to use online services so that in the future they can cut down on physical store costs etc...

The same reason everything is cheaper online! Lower costs, such as rent, lights, wages etc!
