Photo editing, watching movies, alot of android basic development eg: rom downloading, installing android sdk and adb. Browsing the web. Bit of autocad(plans for work and editing and viewing them). Plenty of storage. Good screen. Reliable and good battery.

    Trying to accomplish the impossible...

You're looking for performance, quality, great battery life and a good (full HD?) screen? Double your budget.

€400 will buy you a budget laptop with a Core i3 processor and not much else.
