Apply for STEM Scholarship?

Hey Maynooth, anyone know if you have to specifically apply for the STEM scholarship, and if so, how? The webpage is really vague about it, so I thought I'd post here to see if anyone knows. I get the impression that they just decide out of everyone who's eligible after CAO offers and stuff, but I've no idea really :P

Also, just double checking, I'd be right in saying you don't have to "apply" for the "525 and above" entrance scholarship, you just kinda... get it, when you get in to NUIM.

Anyway, I'll probably be a regular 'round these parts starting September (Any Engineers around?) :D So thanks to anyone who can help me out!! ;)

You don't have to apply for either of them. They send out letters about the 525 points one after people have accepted their courses.

For STEM they phone people up after semester starts, I think in October and there's also a letter sent. At least that's how it was in 2011.
