Hi everyone, I'm a (soon to be) third year computer science student in DIT, my flatmate's moving out of the two bedroom flat we share, so I'm looking to fill his place rather than move out as well.

Rent is €330 per month for a single room with electricity and UPC internet bills on top of that. It's a 12 month lease which will start on the 14th of September.
