Meaning, rally school, mondello race school etc, were you can do the driving. What would you say?

Say if you were buying someone a voucher.

I think it depends on the person..... rallying is probably going to be most interesting for most people. I say that as a circuit racer...
Really though its hard to go wrong with any of them.

True, depends what you're into, I'd like drifting but after getting to drift the full mondello track in my own car, it might not be so much fun to do the drift days. I did like the auto testing in mondello but it was very expensive for the few laps we did I thought, surprisingly good fun though. I'd look into getting my own car for it when funds allow or the multi venue trials/tests.

I don't know what the rally package contains but the Mondello race day looks like a good day out and covers quite a bit. I'd say it would be easier to get better at the track. Rallying is a bit more complex I think and harder to get good at simply down to doing runs over laps and having longer courses. You have to be aware of what your co driver is telling you rather than just getting into your own zone.

If you can get a gang of 12 or more people together a grand prix day at Pallas karting is hard to beat for fun.

Yeah I still love Karting, but I'm funny, went with a group of people on meetup.com, maybe 15 of us and I wanted to win but it was to easy, not many battles with others, but then with the same group I did the autotest in mondello and came 3rd and was annoyed for not winning.
I don't mean the best in how it makes you better, more just what's most fun.

Karts are probably a bit mundane at this stage so. I couldn't tell you which one is better they both have their own merits but if you (or they) haven't done rally and have done track days you might as well give it a go.

    It's more for me lol.

If you've done tracks a bit then rally would be well worth a shot. It's a different style of driving so would be a new challenge.

I'd like to try a hover craft.

Or a jetski, or land sailing.

Really? Too slow? Not enough seat time?

Would never have thought hover craft would be boring. I quite liked the idea too.

I think the issue with the hovercraft and jetski stuff is that there often is no course laid out, you just kinda go flat out and make your own corners. Some people like that, I get bored easily and start making a track out of the other aquatic traffic, then people get mad at me :D

I'd say a lot of the ones general members of the public would get to try are just too underpowered for insurance reasons, they have to be slow enough for idiots to crash into things without being hurt.
