Problem checking in online with Aer Lingus - website problem?

    I have spent the past hour and a half trying to check in online for a group of 9 people. Only two done so far - I keep getting a 'website error' and 'try again later' message.

    I rang the helpline but that either suggests I check the website or the technical supplort option times out.

    Anyone know if there's a problem with the website?

    Think I've only once succeeded in checking in online with Aer Lingus.
    The little booth check-in things in the airport are dead handy, and probably less hassle to be honest.

    Last night Thu 17 Oct at 8pm I booked a flight to/from DUB/LHR. Its for a flight in November.
    Now near 10am Fri 18 Oct I still have not got confirmation.
    On checking with the AIB Visacard people the payment went through last night.
    I've sent an 'online' email to AL.
    Anybody else experiencing problems with their website?
