Its a commercial space which is used for storage of clothing and must be heated during the winter months to prevent any damp. Economy wise are storage heaters the best/only solution ? The ceilings are about 11ft high.

Overhead gas radiant heaters one option.

Hot air blower heating units, can be run on gas or oil .

    Made in Northern Ireland

You can also have industrial fan radiators blowing warm air but are heated by an oil or gas boiler just like your home heating system.

NB Check out the sometimes high running costs before you decide on which system you are going to install.

I agree with this, radiant heaters are where I would be looking.

Usually considered the best option when heating warehouse or similar which has high ceilings and not well insulated or air tight.

One or two small split ac units, very cheap to run, quick to install and cheap to buy also,
