I have a pair of wheels, with novatec hubs, I quite like them. They're light and very smooth. I would recommend them.
I know nothing about the Novatec rims.

they are kinlin rims, good quality at an affordable price, made with niobium alloy which offers good strength to weight ratio. like it says on the webpage, only buy if you are light weight yourself. Halo,Easton,Tune,IRD and others use rebranded kinlin rims

Have been looking at this builder myself but possibly going with the H PLUS SON Archetype rim, friend just had them built in Dublin and he is loving them.
