So, a friend of mine is building a bike and the bottom bracket is an RPM 7420 square taper bottom bracket.

The left cup doesn't seem to come off!

It spins around on the threads, there is no obvious sign of a stripped thread. I haven't used one of these in a while but I don't remember there being any knack and I think my friend may just have got a did.

Advice?
