Insuring a classic with a van as my main vehicle ?

    Just wondering can you get classic car insurance if you only have a commercial vehicle as your main vehicle or does it have to be a passenger car as your main driver ?:confused:

    Is this the case? I'm on my wife's policy as a named driver but have thought about ditching my own car (as I don't use it enough) and getting a classic instead

    I don't know if it is the case but either way You'll lose your no claims discount after 2 years as there is no 'no claims discount' on a classic policy.

    theres no NCd on a Classic Policy because it is already discounted effectively. Only a problem should you want to go back to a main policy
