    Hi all,

It's been a while since I completed a planning application.

Can anyone advise if the time period between notification of decision to grant planning permission and the final grant of permission has changed over the past few years?

I know it is a month but I seem to have 2 weeks stuck in my head for some reason.

    Cheers

No it hasn't changed. Still 4 weeks

    Thanks sydthebeat.

Do you know if it was ever 2 weeks at any stage in the past?

Never was (not in the last 40 years anyhow) and I cant even think of any situation where a 2 week period came into play

Just referring to the "2 week period" query the only thing that I can think of is the 2 week period in which you have to lodge the planning application after the notice is published in the newspaper.

could the '2 weeks' your referring to, be the time required to wait once you've submitted the commencement notice? (which happens after receipt of final grant)
