Laptop cleanup

    My laptop freezes from time to time and I wonder should I do a cleanup.
    It is protected by Microsoft security essentials.
    I did a defrag. a few days ago.

    Should I download a cleaner and if so which one. ...I'm not computer savvy so something simple.

    ccleaner & malwarebytes anti-malware should sort you out!

    I'm not sure how old your laptop is, but at you install and remove programs they just clog up the operating system over time. The above cleaners can be useful however you sometimes reach the point where a complete re-install of the operating system is the best solution. However obviously this creates it's own issues.
