REVISITED:Help needed for driveway layout

Why was my thread locked?
I only asked for a opinion of a layout and whether concrete or pavers would look better, seems a simple request.

Did I put this in the wrong section if so why not move it, why lock it?
All I want is a reason why it was locked and how it went against boards rules.

Also why should I get a designer as Boards is full of people requesting/ getting advice i.e. Motors.

I see you joined Boards in the same month and year as myself so you are definitely around long enough to know that you shouldnt start threads like this querying a moderators actions. Send a PM to sinnerboy and Im sure he will explain why he closed your other thread.

Im assuming you mean that you were looking for opinions on your proposal as opposed to looking for someone to actually design the project.

Can you clarify that point please and I'll lock this thread then

Hi muffler,

Yes just looking for opinions on the layout.
There are local gardening designers but sometimes people who have done this before have recommendations.
Perhaps something as simple as:
Go with imprinted concrete.
Consider a lighting aspect
Leave some lawn on left to break up the empty look.

Or even separate the two driveways and leave the grass in the centre in line with the house.
