Been a while since I saw one mentioned. Anyone use an ultra sonic cleaner for your bits?

I got one a couple of months back after deliberating for a year. Fookin brilliant things. I got mine offa amazon using parcel motel for a mere €45. Brings things up a treat. Maybes it's just me whos dirty but the sh&t that comes of my attys and drip tips makes the cost well worth while. A good percentage of the kids DVDs work again, minus crushed banana and ingrained crumbs.

The wife's ring is spotless too now :D

I just use a clean bowl with boiling water, couple of rinses of that and they're like new.

What do these ultrasonic cleaners offer up that's any different? I think the wave effect gets to people :P

hot kettle in little pot, poured directly on dripper with coil and silica attached, step for 5 then drain for 5. burn off excess.

That took 10 minutes can be 5 if im in a hurry, I thought about getting the Ultrasonic cleaner but could only see the battery operated one on Fasttech for cheapie cheapie. I just thought it would take ages to clean anything.

can you link your Amazon one you bought, i may be tempted, I have a few dirty rings could do with polishing..
