    Hey all,
Just wondering what the shipping is from pcfritz.de?
I'm getting MS Windows 7 off them, but can't seem to find exactly how much I'll be paying for it?
It's 29.90 for windows on its own.
    Thanks

Actually if you are just getting that it's already included in the price...I got mine from there and it came to €29.90 overall, here's the breakdown they sent

Interesting. They charged me the 29,90 aswell as shipping, which came to 44,80 in total. 14,90 for shipping.
Also, that was more than a week ago, havent heard anything from them regarding delivery and if I sign on their website it still shows the order havent been processed yet. Money gone off the credit card right away and all.
I sent an email earlier this week asking for some information but havent received a reply.

That's a decent price if it ends up being 30 quid total. I'm thinking of upgrading to an Evo and selling on my M4 in a few months (maybe get a new AMD card too).

Wonder why they charged me 14,90 shipping and others not. And the person who wasnt charged shipping received it within a week. I paid shipping and havent received anything in more than a week. Also, the status on their website is showing "order has not been processed". Are they all on holiday or something?

is there a phone number on the site to ring?

Yes there is. Think I will go that route on monday when im off from work.
Rest of my pc should arrive today so I can focus on all that for the weekend first.

Hmmm that is strange. I'm after checking my email from the purchase and they gave me a confirmation email straight after to confirm the payment. Then about 4 or 5 hours later that day they emailed saying it had been sent and gave me a tracking number for it and everything.

That was the only thing I ever bought from them though so can't really speak to their consistent reliability.

    Around what date was that?

I just went on their site again and see on the home page they advertise Windows 7 Pro with free shipping. So not sure what happened there.
Only email I got off them was when I registered on their website before making the purchase.

Well as I say I got the registration email, and then got an email which said (Translated from German):

Your order with pcfritz.de online store GmbH has been sent today.
The delivery status of your order can be viewed here: Shipment Status
Thank you for shopping with pcfritz.de online store GmbH

I ended up calling them just now anyways, impatient as I am. They sent me out the email, showing the shipment is in the destination country (ireland) since yesterday. So guess will have to wait and see when its actually delivered, hopefully today.

Just got my windows 7 from pc fritz today. Just wondering does it make any difference that it's a dell oem copy? Says "For distribution only with a NEW dell pc" on the disk. Sneaky Pcfritz!! But i only need the product key really right?

it makes a huge difference. in other words, you have been scammed, and if you're using this copy with a non-dell pc, then you're effectively breaking the EULA
