I am looking for some kind of storage unit ideally in north dublin so my friends and i can train using weights. Does anyone know of a good place to do this relatively cheap. I need about 50 - 75 sq/ft.

I don't think you realise how small 50sq.ft actually is.
That's would only just fit a barbell each way. There's no way you'd and friends would be able to do anything more than a group dumbell curls session.

    56 sq ft
    80 sq ft

Not a lot of room - you wont fit enough equipment to allow more than 2 people to train at once. Unless you can get a decent sized shed to kit out a gym is probably more suitable.
