have an 2011 i20 here belonging to my friend who is in Canada, its 3 dr, 1.2cc ,blue, 28k miles, fsh, in very good condition, still under warranty, think it does 50mpg,

anyway looking €6000 for it and its been advertised for 2 months on 4 sites and not a call, surely you get go wrong with this car as still under warranty but no one wants it..they would really buy a fiesta or yaris with no warranty.

Probably overpriced. Have you looked around to see what similar models are priced for?

Alternatively - could you sell the car back to the dealer it was purchased from?

Small cars are in demand. If it doesn't sell its too dear. Simple.

Where is it advertised? I can't see why it wouldn't sell at that price.

Buyer's market these days. Hyundai as a marque are less in demand than the more established car makers, and should be priced accordingly. However 6k for an '11 seems good value to me - obviously it isnt if it hasnt sold in months though!

Hi op throw up a link of the ad somebody on here may be able to help.

I would say you probably have in the ad selling for a friend or owner is away if so take all that out as it will put 98% of people off.

Change all pics and update ad if so.

...can't see it on DD tbh - according to that, i20's of that age all advertised for way more.

Where DID you advertise it, btw ?

If the next cheapest similar model is €9k then most people will either think that one asking €6k is either some sort of scam or there is something wrong with it. People are more alert these days to something cheap being too good to be true.

OP, you sure it's not the smaller i10?

Unlikely to be an i10 if its 3 door,

Put it back on donedeal a few hundred under the cheapest that's on at the moment.

Donedeal really is your only man for selling second hand cars in Ireland at the moment. I bought a car this evening. Spotted the ad 24 minutes after it was put up, immediately contacted the owner, who lives the guts of 100km away from me and the deal was done within hours
