I just follow these threads just to see what magic Bloodbath can do with them. Surely this can't be done? well with playing those games on at least medium settings.

I'd say you should save another €100. You will get a far better pc for that extra €100.

Something like this. You could save around €20 if you went with 4gb of ram for now.

you could save another €25 getting this monitor instead. The picture quality isn't as good as the one in the build but it's not bad. It doesn't have the hdmi connection that's on the more expensive one either.
