Marble tiles - sealer has ruined them - HELP

I had some cream marble tiles laid all over the downstairs of my house 5 years ago. The tiler gave me Qualtz 3 in 1 sealer to seal and protect the tiles. I sealed the tiles with 2 coats at the time.

Last week I steam cleaned the tiles and grout and decided to seal them again. I reused the same bottle of Qualtz 3 in 1 which is now 5 years old. It seemed a bit thicker than before. I applied 3 coats using a clean cloth allowing 1 hour between coats. (Bottle said allow 4 hours but it seemed perfectly dry as I had all the windows and doors open on a sunny day)

Now the tiles look awful. :( They look like they were washed in dirty water. They are all smeared. You can see every cloth mark where the sealer was wiped on.

Anyone know how this happened and more importantly what should I do now?
