Long running script

I sometime get a message saying a particular site won't open due to a long running script. Anybody know what this is? My computer runs really slow for a long time after I get this message. Thanks

Javascript is usually the bother. Mine does that on mega.co.nz sometimes when i upload a lot.

Site could be coded a lot better.
