    Howaya yis,
I know with the SKT coming up next week that I should be going out on Bike tonight but I've a bit of a cold & tired after a busy day. I don't think I can be assed going out this evening. Will it make a difference either way or will I just go a bit harder on Thursday evening instead.

    Any thoughts?

    Is this a serious question?

Kinda just looking for someone to say "Ah it's grand having night off"
Didn't go out in the end. Justified it myself

Well since you didn't get out today I'd say your cycling days are over.

C'mon remember rule 5 and when pondering going out always ask yourself what would Sean do.

Whether you went you tonight or not will have very little impact on how you go next week!!

You normally need about 10 days to realise any fitness gains from a session and the gains will be insignificant over one session.

It might have an impact on next years tour :)
