    anyone know what size bearing the bottom bracket of a cannondale synapse takes?

    Is it the BB30 standard? If yes, then the bearing size is 30 x 42 x 7mm, 6806-2RS.

    Are you looking for a replacement bearing set? If so, I wouldn't recommend buying the sets branded as FSA or Sram, as they are rubbish and do not last longer than 2-3k km.
