Just wondering if ye could help me on my recent vision issue

About 1 month ago I noticed my vision was slightly slanted to the left in my left eye and to the right in my right eye, it makes squares like my monitor look like a trapazoid with the left side smaller than the right also walls seem to tilt and text seems slanted

I've been to Hospital had my eyes checked and there is nothing wrong with the Retina or Macula, I was also at the opticians and he said I had a small amount of astigmatism -.50 at 180 degrees in both eyes could this be causing this effect anyone on here have astigmatism?

Just read that no medical advice cant be given I hope its not against the rules I would just like to know if astigmatism can cause this if it is against the rules it can be deleted.

Astigmatism can cause this but you only have a small amount. However small amounts affect people differently. Do you currently wear glasses?

No I don't wear glasses currently but I became hyper aware of my vision when I started seeing floaters in my eyes I think I may have this for awhile but my eyes compensated for each other for example if I look at a plate it looks oval with either of my eyes closed but with them both open its a circle also if I turn my head the distortion changes so that slanted lines become straight
