    Two Rooms Available

    The house is situated in Rathgar, Dublin 6, close to shops and restaurants. It is available for the acidemic year 2013/2014. September-September The house is spacious and fully furnished. It is convienient for getting to Trinity and UCD, both within 20minutes. The rooms are recently re-decorated and ready to move into. Ideally looking for 2 friends to rent twin room and also a separate single room with a double bed.

    Students renting the other rooms in the house. Must be a non-smoker. References may be requested.

    Just before anyone else reports this post- we do allow people advertise their own property in Accommodation and Property- we just do not allow commercial entities to advertise here (such as estate agents etc).

    OP- I'd seriously suggest you remove your e-mail address from your post, and ask people to PM you instead.
